Recommend Books on Skills
I would like to read a book similar to "Word, Excel, and PPT Office Applications from Beginner to Master". I want to learn some skills to make money, but my wallet is a bit tight. I hope you can recommend some free skills learning materials. They are good for everything, including handicrafts and making.

This book is very practical! It taught me a lot of skills in dealing with customers, and also analyzed customer psychology, allowing me to better handle customer complaints. I especially hate people who deal with work half-heartedly. I agree with the proactive and responsible work attitude mentioned in this book. The author Dan Ge's writing is also very easy to understand, and it feels like chatting with a friend, very cordial. All in all, I think this is a very helpful book for customer service staff.
