Reasonable tax avoidance and anti-tax avoidance are a contradictory unity. Only by conducting tax management from the two perspectives of tax avoidance and anti-tax avoidance can we know the enemy and the enemy, win every battle, and minimize tax risks and tax costs.
This book introduces the content, methods and techniques of tax avoidance and anti-tax avoidance respectively, including the common and popular tax avoidance and anti-tax avoidance methods in the world; tax avoidance and anti-tax avoidance methods for the taxes most closely related to enterprises, and tax avoidance and anti-tax avoidance methods in each operation link of the enterprise. Collecting the countermeasures of both sides, the mutual game of one and the other, and the calm response after knowing the other.
This book has important guiding and reference value for both parties. This book is mainly divided into two major sections: one is reasonable tax avoidance, and the other is anti-tax avoidance. It not only introduces tax avoidance techniques commonly used by enterprises, but also studies the latest inspection and supervision methods of tax authorities.
I hope that through the introduction of this contradictory unity, everyone can re-examine the tax relationship from the perspectives of both tax collectors and taxpayers, so as to have a better understanding of our country's tax system and international tax trends.

Still worth seeing
This book is very practical! For people like me who don't know much about taxation, it provides many reasonable methods and techniques for tax avoidance, and also introduces anti-tax avoidance content, giving me a more comprehensive understanding of taxation. I especially like the detailed explanation of each tax type in the book, which I find very helpful. However, I don't really like those complicated case studies, they seem a bit headache-inducing. Overall, this book is still very good and worth reading.
A very interesting book, but you need a certain accounting foundation to read this book, otherwise it will be a bit useless
