Focusing on the process of achieving your goals, rather than the goals themselves, is the core idea of this book. It took me a few hours to read it, and it gave me a different perspective on the process of hard work. As mentioned in the book, I have always regarded obtaining results as the only purpose, and regarded the efforts made in the process as obstacles that need to be overcome. This often makes me anxious, but when you really achieve your goals, what makes you happy is the achievement of the so-called expected goals or the constant sense of satisfaction obtained in the process? Can easily achieved goals really bring you sustained pleasure?
A book that can be read over and over again, and you will benefit a lot if you can learn and apply the methods in the book. Practice mentality
