Don't Add Books to It! ! !
This is my book list. For the sake of convenience, don't add books! Don't add books!

I just started to learn about meditation. After reading this book, I learned a lot. It is very similar to the ideas of Zen Buddhism. Meditation actually means not being attached to the image, sensing the six objects, giving rise to the six consciousnesses, and closing the six doors. Eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind, color, sound, fragrance, touch. I read this book interspersed with the "Diamond Sutra", "Heart Sutra", and "Sixth Patriarch Altar Sutra" so that they can be compared and confirmed with each other. The logic and structure of this book are also very good. The author's explanations are very organized and clear. In the future, I will continue to meditate, practice more, keep awakening, understand my mind and nature, and live mindfully.
This book shares the 10-minute meditation method and the benefits of long-term persistence. The impression is: in daily life, focus on the current things and personal experiences, feelings, touch, hearing, and taste. Tolerantly accept personal bad emotions, feel them, and only when you are as calm as water can you see yourself clearly, predict the consequences of losing control of your emotions in advance, and take measures to avoid pitfalls in advance.
It is good to view meditation with mindfulness, without judgment or prejudice, and to advocate positivity and optimism. However, if there is no collision of emotions and ideas in the brain, there may not be any sparks of novelty, and there will be no progress. Once a person accepts "orderly" thoughts, it will be difficult to face a "chaotic" situation. Therefore, we must treat meditation correctly. The development and progress of the world cannot be separated from the alternating existence of the two factors of "chaos" and "order". It's reasonable to exist, but don't pursue it too much.
It's okay, just study and practice it, it really helps. Every time I feel angry and want to lose my temper, I will jump out and observe my emotions, which can "cool down" very well. There are occasionally some overly lengthy descriptions in the middle. For example, if I want to talk about how to walk and meditate, I will first talk about the author's experience. It is a bit long-winded for those who want to see the specific operations in a hurry. Of course, it is probably because I am not very patient. I can just train more and make myself more patient, haha.
In my opinion, this book is about detaching one's emotions from the body through meditation practice and reducing the impact of negative emotions on oneself. Understand your thoughts and emotions, whether they are positive or negative. Because all kinds of emotions and moods are inevitable for us as human beings, we don't want to escape, refuse, or fight. Instead, we stand in the blue sky and watch them come and go. There is always a free and unfettered pure land in our hearts to make ourselves quiet and peaceful. So as to carry out the practice of one's own life.
The author introduces the method of meditation, and explains why he does it, and the benefits of doing it. He introduces many methods of meditation, including walking meditation, sleep meditation, and the most important thing is 10 minutes of meditation. I meditate for 10 minutes every morning, and then do sleep meditation when I go to bed. Although I don't feel much about meditation now, I think the author has a deep understanding of meditation. I should do what he says. The mindfulness proposed by the author gives me the feeling of experiencing the beauty of life.
It's not bad, it can help us have a deeper understanding of meditation🧘. Look at your own thoughts as a bystander and stay aware of your thoughts. It can help correct some shortcomings and improve sleep quality. Be mindful in your life.
Not bad. This is my first time reading about meditation. I have heard of meditation before, but my understanding may be biased. I thought meditation is thinking and reflection. But after reading it, it is not true. Meditation is not thinking. It is to isolate a space in the brain. You look at your own mind from the perspective of a bystander. The mind is a very illusory thing. My understanding is that it is the internalization of one's values. The book mentions mind space training techniques. No matter what kind of emotions arise, we will feel at ease and at ease. This is rare, so we need to practice more. There is another concept that is very attractive, blue sky. Imagine a blue sky. This will feel very good and will pull us into another beautiful space. My understanding is that it diverts attention and is a happy memory. It pulls our thoughts into the happy situation at that time and thinks more about happy things. There is also a sentence in the book that I like very much. You may not want to think about this, but this process is really important. Gratitude and gratitude are the center of mindfulness practice. People with kindness in their hearts will have a long road ahead. Don't ask about the future, but do good deeds. But now the kindness in your heart is invaded by evil spirits, and the environment has a great impact on a person. The chapter content is clear and concise, introducing meditation, meditation exercises and practices, and cases, allowing readers to have an understanding of meditation.
Meditate, live in the present moment, and when your mind wanders, gently pull yourself back to what you are doing. Actually this is not easy. But take your time. Take it easy
This book is very good. I became more aware of life after following the meditation. However, when I started to become aware of it, the unhappiness of my childhood began to appear. I became very uncomfortable and decided to persist for ten more days before giving up.
There is a sentence in it: "No matter how we feel, the deep nature of the soul is like the blue sky, which has not changed. When we are in a bad mood or feel painful for some reason, the clouds will become gloomier and more annoying. Maybe there is only one thought in the whole sky, but it seems to take away all our attention." Yes, no matter how beautiful the mood is, no matter how bad things happen, no matter how naughty the children are, these essences have not changed. What changes is our state of mind, the point of looking at the problem is different, and the perspective has changed. If you face things calmly and have stable emotions, the effect of handling things will be different. I kept making the same mistakes—no matter how many times the same situation presented itself, I always responded to it the same way. I blindly fell into these situations without really knowing how I got there... In life, we keep repeating the same mistakes. Constantly nagging our children to study, constantly nagging our husbands for not doing housework, constantly nagging our husbands for not understanding us... Have the people around us changed because of our nagging? The answer is a resounding "no." I am the source of everything that happens. If you don't change it, how can you let it change. No one is nagged to change by others, only he wants to change! So start by scanning yourself, from head to toe, to see if you have changed. That hole is always there, is it because your habits have become ingrained, you have lost the ability to change, or you just don't want to change. When watching a play in the theater, are you watching a play or looking at yourself? If you take yourself out and watch a play, are you looking at your own life? When we fall into a problem, we cannot see clearly the essence of the matter. Those who hurt us are here to change themselves. Because of their existence, the evil consequences of their own existence can be removed. If you focus on what you are doing now, you will not be impatient. In a busy life, people become restless, but the less focused they are, the more things will go wrong, right?
A pretty good book. As someone who has practiced meditation for more than four years, meditation has really helped me a lot. At the same time, this book also pointed out some of my own problems and shortcomings, and also learned some more practical techniques.
Yes, meditation requires constant practice and the unity of knowledge and action
Meditation and mindfulness are not exactly the same, but we can do it anytime
A very good book, worth reading again and again
I had heard about the benefits of meditation a long time ago, so I was very interested when I first read it. This book is a good introductory book on meditation. The metaphors are vivid, such as the wild horses on the grassland and the sky shrouded in clouds. It is very easy to understand. However, the content is a bit procrastinating and repetitive, making it difficult to stick to the end.
Spend ten minutes a day meditating, returning to a calm and natural state, gradually awakening, and experience the power of mindfulness. Gradually apply the power gained from meditation to real life, and make your life slowly get better. A better life interacts with constant meditation to truly live well every day.
I followed the method in the book, and it was really useful. I felt that my self-control ability had been greatly improved. (I had tried many methods before, but failed within a few days)
It really fits my state of mind. To be honest, I can really feel that this book's grasp of human nature is very, very, very accurate. I can see my own obsessions more and more. I haven't finished reading it yet. I will continue to share after reading it.
Very useful. The simple and clear words and vivid metaphors made me understand the meaning immediately. I have almost officially finished reading it today, and I will go back and read it a few more times to deepen my understanding. Meditate for 10 minutes every day🧘
Meditation feels really good
Listening to this ten-minute meditation is really helpful for sleep. I hope the author can publish more books like this. Thank you for helping the majority of people, especially those of us who have trouble sleeping. Thank you again
I have listened to videos related to mindfulness and meditation before. When I read this book, I was very serious. I felt that it overlapped with what I knew, which made me read more patiently. I also tried daily meditation. I think this book is very good as an introductory tutorial.
This book provides many practical meditation exercises through which we can better understand our body and mind. The content in the book is easy to understand, as friendly as chatting with friends. Moreover, these exercises are very suitable for beginners and are step-by-step, allowing people to easily enter the world of meditation. Whether you want to reduce stress, improve concentration, or improve sleep, you can find a method that suits you in this book. Recommended to friends who want to try meditation!
I like this book very much
Set aside ten minutes for yourself every day to be alone with your soul, see it, accept it, without criticizing or refuting it.
It's well said and practical.
It tells a meditator's insights and suggestions on meditation. I feel very rewarded after reading it and I learned more about meditation.
Worth reading again and again
Very good book, I learned a lot Thank you author, thank you for sharing
