Tianzi No. 4 Hotel: Tenants on the Ceiling

What the hell?

No, the writing is quite good and the overall feeling is created well. But is this male protagonist too indebted? A person can't owe a beating to this extent, right? Come on, how can such a person survive? One star for the writing, two stars for the story, and three stars for the male protagonist.

The first part is really, really good, and I watch it every day. Sometimes I don't read it for ten days and a half, and I accumulate more. After reading it in one go, I feel so good, and I think it's super well written. But the second part is getting more and more perfunctory, especially the inexplicable finale. Killing the female ghost can be done in one sentence. If you can kill it with just one talisman, then why all the trouble and twists and turns in the middle. I liked this book very much, but I was disappointed with how perfunctory it was at the end.
