This book describes in detail the complex relationship between Zhang Xueliang and Chiang Kai-shek in a documentary way. The author consulted a large number of historical archives and consulted relevant historians to give us a more comprehensive understanding of the historical events of that turbulent era. The characters in the book are vivid, and their actions and decisions have had a profound impact on Chinese history. Reading this book is like talking about history with friends, it is thought-provoking.

Good book, worth reading
It writes the grievances and hatreds between Chiang Kai-shek and Zhang very objectively, which is very helpful for understanding history.
The content is rich and colorful, and the more you read, the more interesting it becomes. It is a true record and is deeply loved by readers!
