The All-Round Top Student of the City

Reporter: “Chen, we all know you got a perfect score on the recently concluded college entrance exam. This has never happened before. I’d like to ask, as a top student, what…”

Chen Xiaoshuai cut her off. “Sorry, I have to correct you. Please don’t call me a top student. If you have to call me something, just call me ‘the boss.’”

The reporter was at a loss for words. “???”

I’m just interviewing you, and now I’ve somehow got a son?

Seeing her expression, Chen Xiaoshuai smiled and explained, “You misunderstood. I’m not trying to take advantage of you. The word ‘top student’ just isn’t enough to describe me. Who would dare call themselves a top student next to me? I’m the top student among top students, so just call me ‘the boss.’”

The reporter forced a smile. “So, Chen, do you have any advice or experience you’d like to share with everyone?”

“Advice? I don’t think I have any. I don’t pay much attention in class. I spend class time reading novels or sleeping, and then somehow I get a perfect score on every test.” Chen Xiaoshuai shrugged helplessly. “Sigh, maybe I’m just too smart. There’s nothing I can do about it.”

Reporter: !!!

I’ve got something to say, but I’m not sure I should say it!
