Viceroy of the Qing Dynasty: Li Wei, the Rogue Official

Whenever Li Wei dives into a pack of corrupt officials, he's like a snakehead fish crashing into a school of grass carp. He is sure to stir up chaos and turn everything upside down. He is a first-rank court official who speaks in plain, irreverent language; an upright, capable official who is slick and unpredictable, often resorting to dirty tricks and bizarre schemes. By nature, he loves hanging around theaters, gambling dens, and the streets and alleys of the common folk. Yet he is a good official, unstained by the mud around him, who treats the people like his own children. He may seem careless and have the air of a street thug, but deep down he is a man who hates evil and is loyal to those he loves.
