After reading Hewei's tetralogy, "Manman Marriage Road" is the most gripping. Wei Rong impressed me deeply. The male protagonist in the author's works is very special. All four books are very good to read. The author has the ability to make you burst into tears. Each one is more sadistic than the last.

The four novels written by the author, "Qin Fei Last Resort", "Heavenly Marriage", "Broken Wife's Promise", and "Manman Marriage Road", the protagonists in them are all involved and intertwined. They seem to be sister novels. I feel that the storyline of "Qin Fei Fei Lai" is quite normal, while the other three novels are all kinds of abuse. Tang Renxiu and Gu Min in "Heaven", Mo Zhengyan and Song Qiyue in "Fen", and Wei Rong and Lin Mansheng in "Man" all experienced separation in life and death, and only reunited after many years. Even in "Qin", Qin Shijin and Lu Zhanyan were separated for two years before they were reunited, but they were not as sadistic as in the other three novels. The contents of the four novels almost all revolve around the struggle for power between legitimate and illegitimate children in the family. Several of the male protagonists had numerous relationships with each other before they fell in love with the female protagonist, and then they became more chauvinistic and domineering towards the female protagonist. Especially the sadistic relationship between Wei Rong and Lin Mansheng is really unbearable. However, readers who like to read this kind of subject may wish to read it, you will definitely like it. Although I don't like reading this kind of novels, the author writes well, so I gave each novel five stars.
