Because it is unexpected and unfathomable, it creates a tense feeling of terror. The stories in this book are carefully collected by the author and are all personal experiences of the people involved. However, what is different from the past is that the author said that he has not revealed the answers to all the stories, because the fact is: no one can know what the answers are. The ending of almost every story is relatively open, leaving room for thinking and imagination. It's quite advanced horror.
The plot of this book is really unexpected! Each story is full of suspense and unknown, which kept me feeling nervous while reading. Zhou Dedong's writing style is concise and powerful, and his writing style is smooth, which easily brought me into the situation of the story. I particularly like the novella "Abnormality". Zhang Lai's sleepwalking experience was so bizarre that it made me think more about human nature and the real world. Overall, this is a wonderful collection of suspense novels, recommended to friends who like horror stories.
Why was it that there were 15 chapters at the beginning, but after a few days of reading, it became 12 chapters?
