Zhang Kangkang, female, formerly known as Zhang Kangmei [1], was born on July 3, 1950, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. She graduated from Hangzhou No. 1 Middle School (now Hangzhou Senior High School) in 1966. In 1969, he went to Beidahuang Farm to work in the mountains and countryside, and worked on the farm for 8 years. In 1977, he was admitted to the screenwriting major of Heilongjiang Art School. In 1979, he was transferred to the Heilongjiang Writers Association and has been engaged in professional literary creation to this day. He is currently a first-class writer, honorary chairman of the Heilongjiang Provincial Writers Association, vice chairman of the 7th, 8th, and 9th Chinese Writers Association, [2] vice president of the Chinese Text Copyright Protection Association, vice president of the International PEN China PEN Center, and member of the 10th, 11th, and 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. In 2009, he was appointed as counselor of the State Council.
