This book consists of two novellas, "Three Cordyceps" and "Mushroom Circle".
"Three Cordyceps" tells the story of Sangji, a Tibetan primary school student who skipped class to dig up Cordyceps during the "Cordyceps season" in Tibetan areas in order to alleviate his family's financial constraints and his own pure inner ideal. It is full of a warm and touching "personality rendering".
Si Jiong in "Mushroom Circle" has gone from an era of political absurdity to the present, and has experienced many personnel changes, but still maintains the unique pure personality of Tibetan people and has the power to take responsibility.
