Synopsis

This book is a collection of Zhou Dedong's suspense novels, which includes four novellas: "Insect", "The Twelfth Night", "Road 24, No. 4, Hongdu Theater" and "The Sky is Panic and the Earth is Panic". In the novel of the same name, Xiaocuo, the ex-girlfriend of reporter Li Deng, has an online relationship with a hunter in the mountains. He discovers that the other person's body is covered with long hair. Soon Xiaocuo becomes insane because of the silhouette of an orangutan outside the window. Li Deng visits his friend Cambodian Hua. His colleague Meng Changci died tragically after seeing the silhouette of an orangutan outside the window. Li Deng went to interview and was told that he was in danger. The informant also died after the silhouette of an orangutan appeared outside the window. Finally, a silhouette of an orangutan also appeared outside Li Deng's window...

Appreciate Mr. Zhou's works without thinking about logic. If you expect to see a novel with strict logic, please read the original reasoning. Mr. Zhou's works are horror novels. What is important is imagination, weird plots and neurotic words, and logic is the least important thing. We look at Mr. Zhou Dedong's works, such as "Dark Marriage", "Qi Men Dun Jia", and "Sanchakou", etc. If you read it with the interest of suspense reasoning, you will find that Mr. Zhou's answers will appear ridiculous, even perfunctory. Horror and boundless imagination are the essence of Mr. Zhou's works. If you think about it carefully, it is probably the greatest feature of his works!

The plot of this book is like a roller coaster ride, full of suspense and excitement! I especially like the story "Red Capital Theater Row 24, No. 4". It feels like I am immersed in the story and makes my heart beat faster. Moreover, Zhou Dedong's writing style is very unique. It is a bit similar to "Tomb Raiders Notes" that I have read before. Check in after reading, a short horror story. The author is very imaginative, especially the last story which is suspected of being a Final Fantasy before Rise of the Planet of the Apes (not) very interesting, I like short stories.
