The plot of this book is truly gripping! Long Fei's experience reminded me of a friend around me who had also been betrayed. The pain and confusion were really hard to let go. The author Zhang Baorui makes us empathize with Long Fei's inner world through delicate descriptions. Moreover, the book also mentions "How the Steel Was Tempered", which resonated a lot with me, especially the love between Paul and Dongya, just like the relationship between Long Fei and Bai Wei in the book, which is very touching. Zhang Baorui's works always give us a lot to think about. I think this book is worth reading.
