I have read "Cultural Journey", "Walkers Without Borders", "A Thousand Year Sigh", "The Face of History", "Frost-Cold River", and "A Brief History of My Family". There is also the newly edited "Rainy Night Prose" and this "Journey to China". Many of the articles in the latter two books have appeared before, but I think it is also beneficial to read them again. Although I generally don't like to read books a second time, Teacher Yu Qiuyu's books are worth reading carefully. I don't know if it means "you won't get tired of reading it a thousand times", but with this kind of book that is rich in knowledge, beautiful writing, full of emotions, and rational analysis, you will definitely not get tired of reading it a dozen times.
Mr. Yu Qiuyu's "Journey to China" made me feel his love and deep understanding of Chinese culture. His writing is beautiful and insightful, making me feel like following in his footsteps and appreciating the customs and customs of various parts of China. This book also gave me a deeper understanding of my own culture and inspired me to think and explore. Just like those ancient cities I have traveled to, each place contains rich history and culture, which makes people intoxicated. Recommended to all friends who are interested in Chinese culture!
I have read the paper version of Mr. Yu's "Cultural Journey" before! It's worth collecting and reading again and again, and this book is no different!
Traveling has not allowed me to dig back to the roots of historical figures and the rich stories behind them like Mr. Yu did. Even if I went there, I would be disappointed!
