When night fell, I sat silently on the steps of Wutai at the school gate and looked down at the entire Yangling. Our school is located at the highest point of Yangling. I remember when the school started last year, the teacher said that if you stand on Wutai Mountain and look at Yangling, you will have a sense of ambition. But every time I stand here and look down, I only feel my own insignificance and the fragility of life. Lon Nol, Lon Nol, you know that I have been a melancholy and sad child since I was a child.
