Overall it's okay
This book is very practical! The control of speaking volume it mentioned reminded me of Audrey Hepburn in "My Fair Lady", her conversation was very elegant. I have a friend who speaks loudly, and reading this book should help. We can all learn some tips from this book to improve our temperament and make ourselves more elegant.
