Make daily, weekly, monthly and irregular plans Dual-purpose Do what you want to do for ten minutes every day Over and over again, perseverance, life is only a few decades, time will eventually pass, we should use it efficiently instead of wasting it
It's okay to do two things at once. From my own experience, people have two kinds of labor: one is physical labor and the other is mental labor. I listen to novels while running. Running is to exercise my body and is a kind of physical labor. Listening to novels and thinking about things that I like and are useful to me is a kind of mental labor. I eat late-night snacks alone and listen to novels while eating. Eating late-night snacks is physical labor, and listening to novels is mental labor. Through these two examples, I lost one more time than others, which brings compound interest to the time quotient. My people say that I have lived a lifetime longer than others, but I don't believe it. Now that I have experienced it myself, I believe it.
This book is short but concise. It tells you some skills and methods about controlling your own time. Each skill and method is very harmonious. It makes people think that if I practice this, my future will be bright. In the days to come, I will read this book again and again, master each technique and method, and then apply it step by step in my life. In fact, in the days since I read this book, I have been trying to use the Ten Minute Philosophy, a one-habit-at-a-time time management method.
I like this book very much and have read it twice. The purpose is to tell us to find good goals, no matter how big or small, take action without being affected by other things, reduce unnecessary waste of time, and use the sand method to achieve substantial harvests.
I won't comment on whether this book is useful or not, but at least the author mentions taking action in every chapter. I believe that if you really take action, it will be very useful.
Very practical, change starts with actions of small goals
Personal mission statement, time management list, goal breakdown, a little progress every day
Does anyone have any recommendations on management books? What I feel inside is to improve self-awareness, have goals, and not be afraid.
It's very short, just like the author said, it didn't take too much time.
Very simple and very useful. The most rare thing in the world is to persevere every day.
It's really, really good. I'm done planting grass.
