Great Tang: The Unrivaled God of War

“I have an order.” “The first to enter the city may loot it for three days.” Beneath Jingyang City in the Tang dynasty, Great Khan Jieli’s command rang out across the army. Moo...! A low ox-horn trumpet sounded across the plains. Two hundred thousand Turkic soldiers carried ladders and brandished curved sabers as they surged toward Jingyang City in wave after wave, like swarms of yellow ants. On the city wall, the deputy general pleaded, “General, we’re not getting any reinforcements. We should abandon the city!” Yuchi Jingde glared at him. “The Prince of Zhenbei knew Jieli would launch a surprise attack on Jingyang, which is why he sent me, Old Black, to guard this place. Reinforcements are coming. If you dare suggest retreat again, I’ll smash that spineless head of yours myself.”
