As a read, the work is excellent, but as a storyteller or a playback format, it is unflattering. Where the character's language is quoted, the original text in classical Chinese is used. Reading can be understood word for word. If you don't understand, you can reread it multiple times, but listening to the book cannot! Many classical Chinese texts are obscure and difficult to understand, and there are also fake characters and uncommon words. The storyteller ignores them and reads the original text, resulting in many details that cannot be heard or understood. If you concentrate on listening, you can only understand 70 to 80% at most. This is only possible for people with a certain foundation in ancient Chinese and reading experience. I think storytellers should be translated or explained after the original text, so that historical stories can be easier to understand and more enjoyable to listen to.
