The Elegant Everyday Life of a Young Meng Po

Meng Liaoliao was an orphan and a top student on the verge of dropping out when she unexpectedly inherited an estate from a great-aunt she had never even heard of: an apartment building worth a fortune. She thought she could finally enjoy a lovely life, going to school with her backpack and collecting rent on the side...

What? The great-aunt who left her the inheritance isn’t even dead?! The tenants in the building are all people of considerable importance: the human-world leader of the Kingdom of Qingqiu, a mermaid princess from the South Sea, a vampire and a white witch living together, a big shot from the Demon Realm running a flower shop, and a little girl visiting whose forehead sprouts two tiny dragon horns... Hiding in a corner, Meng Liaoliao patted her flat little chest, trying to calm herself down. But then a stunningly beautiful hand grabbed her by the collar from behind and dragged her off to review her cultivation lessons, leaving behind two trembling little secretaries in tall hats, one dressed in black and the other in white...

This is the story of an extraordinary girl who longs for an ordinary life.
