Hua Qianshu, the legitimate daughter of a military family, died a wretched death with thirty-six bone-piercing nails driven into her. After being reborn, the first thing she did was marry her Seventh Imperial Uncle, Ye Fang. From there, she surged ahead, rising from concubine to the most honored Seventh Princess Consort, and making the scum and vile women grovel at her feet and beg for mercy.
From then on, the Seventh Imperial Uncle was in charge of keeping the household in order, governing the country, and bringing peace to the realm. She was in charge of revenge, face-slapping the scum, and raising children while killing and setting fires. Together, they brought to life the celebrated “Green Jade Case” of Chang’an:
The east wind scatters blossoms through the trees at night; the Imperial Uncle searches a thousand times for his beloved. Then, at a sudden glance back, there she is, the runaway princess, surrounded by handsome men.
Note: The leads are both pure in their past and present lives. Together, they make a perfect match, and face-slapping the scum is a breeze!
