Tales of a Villain in the Late Qing Dynasty

After narrowly escaping death, I survive the chaotic final years of the Qing dynasty by first making a fool of myself, then frightening everyone else. I fawn on the powerful for influence and profit, using a stick in my left hand and money in my right to settle every injustice in the world. Right and wrong have nothing to do with me. All I want is to get something out of it. Integrity is my disguise, and benevolence is merely a tool for getting along in society. I'm not bad. I'm evil!
