How Women Regulate Themselves

An old saying goes: People have joys and sorrows, and the moon waxes and wanes. The same goes for a woman's heart. In all kinds of changes, it brings women both the joy of enjoying and the price they pay. Someone once compared a woman's heart to glass, which is transparent and fragile; or like a swaddled baby, which is prone to colds and fevers; the bright sunshine and the haze of dark clouds will also entangle in that small space from time to time, half happy and half painful. In today's era, beauty and ugliness coexist, temptation and dreams coexist. All women are interpreting their lives through the experience of ice and fire, describing the trajectory of their souls through their perceptions of gains and losses, and thinking about their destiny in the taste of joy and sorrow. However, the multiple roles and hard life gradually make women's bodies and minds overwhelmed, and health-threatening shadows loom in their hearts. The competition in the workplace makes women unable to stop in the midst of success and setbacks; the confusion in marriage and love makes women feel lost in sweetness and pain; the physical and mental fatigue makes women hesitate in the sunshine and shadows. As a result, "weeds" of sadness appear in some women's hearts, discordant "noises" appear, and even "shadows" appear that take away laughter and stifle beauty, causing psychological harm to women. So, how should women regulate themselves and maintain mental health? Get rid of the narrow mentality and be a tolerant woman. Narrowness will distort a woman's mind, cause psychological poverty, and ultimately destroy herself. Narrowness will make a woman become cold and selfish, only wanting to take but not giving. In this way, people will stay away from her, and all good opportunities will stay away from her. In the end, her road will become narrower and narrower until she reaches a "dead end".
