"Don't Get Tangled, Don't Complain, Don't Get Angry" tells the story that in an era of fierce competition, the psychological pressure we face poses a far greater threat to ourselves than the threat of physical diseases. People who are good at adjusting their lives can achieve a comfortable existence just like they are good at adding or removing clothes to adapt to climate changes; those who are not good at adjusting will never get out of the cycle of troubles. "Don't get entangled, don't complain, don't get angry" tells us how to control our emotions by adjusting our mentality, maintain a happy mood, and achieve a peaceful state of mind from three aspects: "don't get entangled," "don't complain," and "don't get angry."

I like to get to know a confident and happy myself again in the book
The point of view mentioned in this book of "not entangled, not complaining, not angry" is very enlightening. As the book says, we must find the right direction in life, learn from Wang Xiaobo, and find what we really want to do. I like the discussion about goals in the book. It makes me understand that success is not necessarily the biggest and farthest, but the most likely to be achieved. However, I didn't like some of the didactic parts of the book. Overall, this is a thought-provoking book worth reading.
