Monster Apartment Resident's Handbook

Asano Sota takes over an apartment building.

It seems like a nice way to earn some extra money, except the folks moving in... are all a little peculiar?

A ghost lady who might be airheaded or secretly devious?!

A mad scientist who makes something go BOOM every day to promote the art of explosions?!

A doctor who can no longer tell whether he’s healing people or killing them?!

And that’s not all...

“So why are all the people moving in here such weirdos?!”

“Relax, Sota. You didn’t turn anyone away back then, nya.”

“...You don’t have to say it so bluntly!”
