Destiny

Please tell me, do you believe in fate? As the old saying goes, life is destined. Heaven has been regarded as the supreme existence by people since ancient times. In the book "Book of Changes" you can find the theory of the "three talents" of "Heaven, Earth, and Man". So why can Heaven be ranked first in the book, but man can only succumb to third place?
