Qin Lanzhou is a sharp-tongued little firebrand who never holds back. She is devoted to the ancient art of fine gold filigree, and ignores every man except her senior fellow apprentice, Situ Mo. Song Jinyu falls in love with her at first sight, but Qin Lanzhou doesn’t give him a second glance. She punches him when he tries to talk to her the first time, shuts him down when he visits the second time, and mistakes him for a thief when they meet a third time. Determined to win her heart, he humbles himself and becomes her apprentice. He deliberately takes a loss just to make her smile, and quietly spares no expense to help her achieve her dream. The closer he gets to her, the more infatuated he becomes...
