The Wanderer

Before the Dark Age, many races lived and prospered in harmony.

One day, the demons began a mass slaughter, and the gods descended. Thus began a war that lasted three hundred years, a period known as the Dark Age. After it ended, the gods vanished and the demons withdrew. The various races continued to reproduce and develop on their own, and in time, gods and demons came to exist only in legends and ancient texts.

Hundreds of years passed after the great war. The continent’s borders had changed countless times, yet the races still fought one another to survive, and bloodshed continued to ravage the land.
