Mencius

The first twelve volumes are all named after people, while the last two volumes are named after dedication, which has a special meaning. To be honest, compared with the first twelve volumes, I prefer these two volumes because they are real. The Mencius Longzhong here is skinny, but he is alive with flesh and blood; he is weak in power, but he will never walk alone after death. "As the sun sets, the sky is still splendid with smoke, and as the year approaches, it becomes more orange and fragrant."

Mencius said: "A real man can bend and stretch." The perfect man he advocated is one who will be given great responsibilities by heaven; one who cannot be lascivious to wealth, one who cannot be moved by poverty, one who cannot bend by force; one who can walk the path of the world on the premise of adhering to one's own heart. The book is divided into seven volumes, each volume consists of two chapters. The essential qualities and tempering methods of a scholar are described in detail; and this book is an annotation of obscure classical Chinese texts to help readers understand Mencius's philosophy on politics during the Warring States Period and his belief in scholars.

This is a very meaningful book. You must read the entire book to fully experience Mencius' thoughts.
