A Sci-Fi Tang Dynasty

Wenyi, an outstanding university student from the year 2250, was transported to the Tang by a stone tablet. As a well-rounded young man raised in a high-tech civilization, how could he live without the internet? Hmph, he'd build his own! No cars? He'd make his own! There was no way a genius from the 23rd century would be stumped by little problems like these. If he showed up in front of those country bumpkins wearing a mech, would he scare a few old men to death? Well, as the saying goes: If you want something done, do it yourself, and you'll always have enough to eat and wear.
