The Song Dynasty's Mysterious Detective

In the first year of the Jingde era, a donkey-stubborn county magistrate appeared. He dared to do what others wouldn’t, and dared to offend the people no one else would touch. He took on the local gentry and toyed with corrupt officials. He planned from his office and won victories a thousand miles away.

Bad people: “He’s a nasty, nasty man.”

Good people: “He loves the people like his own children. Magistrate Shen is a paragon of justice.”
