Stepping out of the ivory tower, the young man stretched and took his beloved by the hand, gazing around at the real world with wide-eyed wonder.
Two cities separated them. Each grew through longing, while their youth wore away through partings and reunions.
Time slipped by, and the young man grew old. In their hurried goodbyes, they never asked when they would meet again, only lamented how thin the other had become.
Loyalty and betrayal, holding on and letting go, indulgence and restraint, joy and sorrow: they were all indelible traces left behind by youth.
This book is amazing. It's very realistic. There aren't many of this genre anymore. Nowadays, many genres have special powers. They're so out of touch with reality. They're reborn. They're so bloody. Five-star reviews. I hope the platform will recommend more of this great book.
This book is okay, but why doesn't anyone read it?
Very good book
A bit cruel, but beautiful
