What I said is the essence. I am very grateful to the author for teaching me emotional management, and thank you to the platform for letting us read and study for free!
Zeng Shiqiang is the first Chinese-style management person in the world and is known as the "Father of Chinese-style Management". He once explained the "Book of Changes" in CCTV's "Hundred Schools Forum" column and the "Tao Te Ching" at Hangu Pass, which was deeply loved by the audience. Zeng Shiqiang has a very in-depth study of Chinese traditional culture and can tell us about Chinese traditional culture and the philosophy of life contained in traditional culture in an easy-to-understand and humorous language. This book combines Zeng Shiqiang's understanding of Chinese cultural classics such as the Book of Changes to tell us the attitude towards life we should adopt when facing various difficulties.
At the beginning, when I was in a bad mood, I would come in and slowly adjust my mood. After seeing that I wanted to learn to control my emotions, I feel like I really don't get angry so easily anymore. I saw my husband say, don't have too high demands on yourself, it will indeed make your life more comfortable. There are some things that you can think about ten thousand times in your mind, even if you think your head is going to explode, there is nothing you can do about it, and you will end up getting yourself into a worse situation. Let everything take its course, improve yourself first, and then accumulate slowly. I believe that accumulation is more valuable than becoming famous at a young age!
I benefited greatly from this book. It connects people's inner world and activities with the outside world, and creates a third level. Often the third level is the result of people's own associations, fantasies and feelings. It is the result of their own cognition and has nothing to do with right or wrong.
Don't be angry, life is like a drama; although the proverb says so, Zeng Lao points out in this book that Chinese people's emotional expression has been secretive but strong since ancient times. What we don't write on our faces, but actually keep in our hearts, does more harm to our emotional health. As the inheritor of the essence of the I Ching culture, Zeng Lao believes that it is not true at all that emotions make people; even combined with authoritative psychological knowledge, we also know that emotions are unevenly distributed in each individual, and joy, anger, sorrow, and joy have their own reasons; and the toxic dogmas of the outside world have caused a disproportionate increase in some of our emotions; but when we become the masters of emotions and accept the occurrence of all emotions, emotional management can cure both the symptoms and the root cause.
I like Professor Zeng very much, and I often read some of his remarks in some newspapers. This little old man always seems to be able to say a casual sentence, full of philosophy and wisdom of life. After reading this book "The Secret of Emotions", I regarded it as a treasure. When I saw the sentence "Why do Chinese people like to be angry? Because there are four words in our personality - ability to bend and stretch", I was enlightened. The book explains many ways to manage emotions. Whenever I am in a bad mood, I come in and take a look and then practice them. For example, I have a sandbag at home. When I am angry, I use the sandbag to vent my anger. After the emotions are released, people will become much calmer. I also take walks to relieve my mood. In short, these methods in the book are very useful, and I recommend everyone to read them.

Listening to your words is worth ten years of reading. It is consistent with real life and is worth reading! !
Zeng Shiqiang is known as the father of Chinese management. This book is the result of Zeng Shiqiang's in-depth analysis of Chinese people's emotions. He told us that the reason why some people are angry is because they are suspicious and have low patience, and they want to vent their anger whenever something is wrong. There are also some people who are angry because they have strong self-esteem, and the slightest offense from others will cause a huge emotional reaction. After analyzing the causes of emotions, he also told us how to get rid of the trouble of emotional bullying and become an emotionally stable person.
Correct your mentality, manage your emotions, and move toward maturity. Don't rely too much on others, otherwise you will not only lose this person, but also your spiritual support. In short, to learn to be independent, it is better to seek help from others than from yourself.

The author is Professor Zeng Shiqiang. He has been deeply involved in traditional Chinese culture for many years and has been doing extensive research on the character of the Chinese people. Professor Zeng started with vivid case analysis and analyzed the core factors that affect emotions. Emotions such as anger, depression, and anxiety are actually just a response to the environment. Only after reading this book can we have a deep understanding of various emotions. Only after we understand, can we know how to manage our emotions.

The books are very good, but there are too few people. Mr. Zeng, the classes you taught before were really interesting and I benefited a lot. Now that I read the book, I miss it.
You don't need a reason to love a book, so give it 5 stars first.
I have always liked the old man's courses. Thank you, you taught me a lot.

Hahaha, this book is very good. Nowadays, many short videos are edited with Teacher Zeng's words. We still need to adjust our mentality. Once our mentality is good, it will be easier to do other things. It will be more convenient to have stable emotions. We should not accumulate too much powerlessness. Too much powerlessness will eventually turn into a feeling of helplessness. This is a truth that only Chinese people understand.
After reading it, I can see a lot of things away, and I won't have so much resentment, and my mind will be much calmer. This book is very good at cultivating the mind.
Not too good nor too bad. . . The frame is sufficient and very intimidating. . In terms of depth, there is not much that can be excavated. . You can understand all the principles, but it is easier to know than to do. Compared with other books of this type, it may be slightly lacking.
Concepts change emotions, and people must continue to advance with the times. It is worth reading.
I am grateful to have met Teacher Zeng Shiqiang. After reading this book, I feel much better and can control my changing emotions. It seems that my structure has also improved a lot. Although I have read it once, I will go back and savor the content.
I was quite touched after reading it
After reading this book, some people said that my temper has improved [laughs]
Managing emotions can indeed change a person's situation and make people better
Growth is also a process of admitting one's naivety. Only by admitting that one has done wrong and admitting one's own shortcomings can we make corrections and make progress. That's growth. From my personal experience, this book is very true and really helps to adjust my emotions.
Benefited a lot and worth recommending
Many thanks to Professor Zeng for his help
Helpful in understanding and controlling emotions
It is better to believe that it exists than to believe that it does not exist. Maintain a certain level of vigilance, do not relax, and be prepared to deal with emergencies in the future!
