After watching "Floating City", I was speechless. The ugliness of human nature is so terrifying. It is like a beast that constantly harms itself, others and even everything around it. Vulnerable groups are so fragile and helpless when disaster strikes. Buddhism has a theory of karma and retribution, and comments on the boundaries of state-owned laws and regulations. If you commit crimes in the past, you will eventually receive justice.
