Observing the stars and knowing important things without going out is called Qin Tianjian. Taking stars as dharma and using stars to create dharma is the folk star sect. Disciples of the Folk Xingfa Sect are all Qin Tianjian, but Qin Tianjian is not necessarily a disciple of the Folk Xing Fa Sect.
