Very good! Adler's book saved me from a low point in my life. This book is a comprehensive and systematic book on understanding "inferiority". In this book, the author introduces readers to the image of inferiority complex, its impact on personal behavior and how individuals can overcome inferiority complex, and provides some opinions and methods for confused readers. The whole book has a rigorous structure and logical coherence between contexts. The examples involved in the book are close to life and are also typical. The author has a thorough and comprehensive analysis of knowledge points, and introduces many complex concepts to readers in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. The narration is to the point and to the point, so readers can easily grasp the key points when reading. Overall, it is a psychological book worth reading.
Whether a person has low self-esteem or self-confidence comes from the formation of personality in adolescence and adolescence. I have always believed that family factors have a great influence on the formation of personality. On the one hand, it comes from genetics, and on the other hand, it is because children have a strong ability to imitate the behavior of their parents. The environment in which a child grows up has a crucial impact on the shaping of his character. Of course, other aspects also have an impact, such as school, society, and everything happening around us. A character with low self-esteem may be a great obstacle to marriage, work, and communication. Understanding yourself, affirming yourself, facing life with a positive and optimistic attitude, and building a sense of superiority and self-confidence are the keys to overcoming inferiority complex.

Recommended, it's a good book. This book is a comprehensive and systematic book on understanding "inferiority". Adler's pinnacle work contains the master's main ideas, has a rigorous structure, is easy to understand, and shines with the light of wisdom everywhere. The author points out that everyone has varying degrees of inferiority complex, and the best way to eliminate inferiority complex is to establish a sense of superiority. "What can we do to help people who pursue superiority in the wrong way? The pursuit of superiority is something everyone has in common. By understanding this, we can understand what they are doing and try to help them. The only mistake they make is that their efforts are directed toward a useless aspect of life."
Parental education and peer influence in childhood play a decisive role in shaping a child's character; transcending inferiority is actually an antinomy, that is, we can only seek progress if we are dissatisfied with the status quo; however, the cause of many juvenile anomies and neurosis is the so-called inferiority complex; Adler helps every child transcend inferiority complex and find the true meaning of life from the perspectives of parenting style and three-dimensional cultivation.
When I read the third chapter of this book, the relationship between the consistency of the mind and the body, I understood that my inferiority and cowardice (physical manifestations) were actually the way to achieve the goals set by the mind. I seemed to have set wrong goals for myself, so the performance of my behavior was also wrong. I began to set correct spiritual goals for myself, and my physical behavior also began to change into a good performance (being able to get along well with others and be more self-reliant).
This book mentions that everyone has an inferiority complex, and the best way to eliminate inferiority complex is to establish a sense of superiority. I think it makes sense. This reminds me of the book "Inferiority and Transcendence". They both emphasize that people should face up to their own shortcomings and then work hard to change them. I particularly like Sun Shaoping in "The Ordinary World". Although he was born in a poor family, through his own hard work and struggle, he gradually transcended his inferiority complex and realized his self-worth. This book also gave me a lot of inspiration and made me understand that only by actively facing the problems in life can we transcend ourselves.

Truly excellent works are the ones that can stand the test of time and are the most simple.
Adler was a pioneer of humanistic psychology. Humanistic psychology opposes the practice of making analogies between humans and animals to explain human behavior. It believes that the difference between humans and animals is that we have noble pursuits beyond production, and emphasizes human self-realization and social responsibility awareness. "Beyond Inferiority" is a work written during Adler's mature period of thought. It explains to us why people have inferiority complex and what we should do to transcend inferiority complex and achieve growth.
It's so beautiful, I feel it deeply
This book has benefited me. Although there are parts that I don't like and feel uncomfortable with, I am still willing to persevere and finish reading it.
Alfred Adler's pinnacle work, well-deserved
