Reading Gibran's poems is like walking through the peach blossom garden in your heart, where there are colorful fallen flowers and delicious grass, but there is also sadness. I finally finished "reading" it. Yes, I read it with my eyes, because my brain couldn't keep up with most of the chapters. I couldn't even understand the Chinese. It seems that my thoughts are not deep enough.
The total reading time was less than 5 hours, and it took me 21 days (6.30-7.20). I really finished reading it just to finish it [face covering]. The only thing I understood and was deeply moved by was the chapter about children. It was also because of that chapter that I wanted to read the whole book.
