Don't be fooled by the ratings, this is an excellent work. I am a person who likes to read short stories, and I am addicted to this book. Especially the author's description of the characters is particularly meticulous. Moreover, this novel describes Liu Bei as Liu Paopao, abandoning his wife and children. It is amazing. When I read Romance of the Three Kingdoms, I didn't like Liu Bei's fake benevolence and liked Cao Cao's heroic temperament.

It's really well written and worth reading

Based on my 15,600 hours of novel experience, overall it is a good book. There are several points in my personal judgment of a good book: 1. Character creation, 2. Emotional description, and 3. The logic and rationality of the plot. Generally speaking, the real book reflects the various characters of the Three Kingdoms in different forms. The author's delicate descriptions make each character full. But when I arrived at Shu and Sichuan, the overall layout was dragged down. I imagined describing it step by step like Soochow, but the layout was too big and I felt tired when I took it back. I also agree with the author's approach of pretending not to know it was Cao Cao. Because once it was determined that it was Cao Cao and not Brother Hi, things changed. From the perspective of "self-deception", we can finally escape. Otherwise, I will go down as a pure adviser. The best outcome is to be imprisoned in the capital until old age.
