The City's Strongest Judge

One earns merit through service to Heaven and Earth, and virtue through serving humanity. Thus there is merit in the human way, and merit in the heavenly way.

The Great Dao is impartial, and Heaven is utterly just. Merit is merit, and fault is fault.

Heaven and Earth have their order, and humanity has its moral code. Punishing evil and rewarding good is a principle agreed upon by both Heaven and humankind.

Zhong Qing, a young man afflicted with a chronic illness, slowly closed his eyes, filled with a deep attachment to the world. He thought this was the end of his life, but to his surprise, he woke again and received the First Judge System, gaining the power to reward good and punish evil.

Target: Goodness 7. He teaches and nurtures students, and cares for orphans and children in need. He has lived a life of hardship. Damn, what a good person. Reward him with a million-dollar lottery ticket.

Target: Evil 13. A vicious bully who has committed every kind of evil, preying on the locals and carrying two lives on his hands. Truly beyond redemption. Punishment: he absolutely has to be punished harshly.
