The so-called "Tai Chi wisdom" is the philosophical concepts, dialectical methods, and laws of all things established and extended on the basis of Tai Chi thought, which in turn brings beneficial enlightenment to society and individuals. In real life, if we want to be calm, steady, and at ease in everything we do, we must deeply understand the wisdom of Tai Chi and use it for our own use. We should use the laws of yin and yang to respond to the changes in all things, follow the conservation of energy, use stillness to stop, and use stability to cope with all changes.

I like this book very much. Thank you to the author and editor.
This book is very interesting! It explains the wisdom of Tai Chi in a simple and easy-to-understand way, so that even a person like me who knows nothing about Tai Chi can understand it. I especially like the part about "Bagua". It turns out that the laws of the universe were discovered as early as 2,500 years ago! Moreover, the book also mentions the need to apply the wisdom of Tai Chi to life, which is very helpful for us to get out of the mountains and cope with changes in life. I recommend you check it out too!
It's really well written, and the author has a very thorough understanding of Tai Chi. He must be a Tai Chi master.
Very good, one yin and one yang is called the Tao, the great road is simple, do something, do something not to do, do nothing and let nature take its course. Human beings now have no natural enemies, just like the animal ecology, so this is the source of sub-health. If you are too comfortable and have no vitality, all kinds of sub-health will come to eliminate you.
There is so much wisdom in the book that we need to learn. It is recommended to read it over and over again to gain insights.
This book is very well written
The content is very good and worth reading.
Not bad, not bad, pretty good,
A deeper understanding of Tai Chi, inaction and action will lead to a more peaceful mind.
The wisdom of Tai Chi is broad, profound, and inclusive of all things. It is really good.
Go with the flow, go with the flow, follow the natural way, well written
