This book is really boring. It is indeed the worst among the sequels to Journey to the West. I thought Tang Monk in the original book was pedantic enough, but I didn't expect the author of this book to be even more pedantic. Monsters can only be influenced but not killed. Good book, worth reading

I especially like watching their battle of wits and courage with the monsters, it's very exciting!
