"Accepting orders from Heaven, we take into account Heaven's clear destiny. Although Zhou is an old state, its destiny is new." This is the true principle of ensuring extension, and it is also called the great road of establishing destiny. Dear disciples, if you have been able to realize this and fully understand this wonderful thing, I will not begrudge you the most precious treasure, pour out my bag, and reveal the mystery directly. There are four verses that everyone will read carefully, saying: "Life is short, life is long, and there is no life. There is no need to ask for extra dharma to extend the protection. The dharma returns to the city of the lawless king."

As the sages said, future generations should remember that precepts are the beginning of spiritual practice. People who understand this will naturally wake up. People who don't understand will gain nothing from reading it.

Look inside the heart, the heart has no heart, look at the shape, the shape has no shape

How can a method that teaches people's thoughts and moral character and adjusts their emotions be called practice? Truth is to attribute great power to oneself, and cultivation is to practice the great power of nature. But what is the meaning of such humanistic morality? Demonic cultivation is also cultivation.

Ordinary people can understand and have some insights. Evil words hurt others, and anger hurts the body, so we must suppress evil thoughts and endure the humiliation. This is the cultivation of mind. Although the article is profound, as long as you read it carefully and gain insights, you will gain a lot.

The most serious disease for practitioners, which is difficult to get rid of, is the word anger. Either he is obsessed with me, or he is obsessed with other people, and his anger is triggered, which is called the fire of ignorant karma. Among the three poisons, anger ranks first. If you are angry and confused, you will be burned internally; if you speak out angry words, you will be burned externally. Burn a little spiritual barrier; burn a Dharma body alive. The six internal organs cannot clear the Qin, and the five internal organs cannot be peaceful. When I hear people scolding me, anger rises in my liver, and when the fierce wind meets the strong wind, my ears that can hear are suddenly blocked like a window shut.

"Stay away from pollution, sweep away the dust, cleanse the mind, and purify the mind." This is the emotion expressed by Kun Yangzi at the beginning of the book when faced with the difficulty of reaching the blissful state of Taoism. The purpose is to teach people to always pay attention to the tempering of the mind in secular practice, eliminate all worldly thoughts, and cut off their own desires. Only in this way can it be possible to achieve the Tao. In a sense, this clearly reflects the ascetic view of spiritual practice advocated by this school. Because it is inconsistent with the current trend, its practice is more difficult, but it also increasingly reflects its value.
