If I had read this book earlier, I would have known how to deal with it. The book mentions foods that both children and mothers should avoid, as well as an analysis of the symptoms of acne at different stages, which is really detailed. It feels like an experienced doctor is guiding you, which makes you feel at ease. I would recommend it to other families with children, this book is truly a must-have for families!
