This book "Soup Materia Medica" is really good! It is like a caring doctor, introducing the medicinal properties and effects of various herbal medicines in detail. It reminds me of "Compendium of Materia Medica", both classics of traditional Chinese medicine. Moreover, the methods of regulating the five internal organs in the book are also very inspiring. I think this will not only help my own health, but also help me learn how to care for the bodies of my family and friends. For example, if my mother has a bad spleen and stomach, I can recommend some suitable foods and herbs to her based on the suggestions in the book. Have you had similar experiences?
