Reader comments
Throughout this book, in order to maintain health, don't eat too much of anything, and pay attention to taboos. There are some interesting things at the end, so read carefully!
Food is the most important thing for people, and not many people are truly proficient in the art of diet.
This book is so interesting! It talks about a lot of food knowledge, such as japonica rice, glutinous rice, millet rice, millet rice, barley, wheat, buckwheat, sesame, black soybean, white lentil, and mung bean. My favorite is mung bean because it can clear away heat and detoxify. I also thought of the "Compendium of Materia Medica", which also contains a lot of knowledge about food and medicine, which is very interesting!
Mom, I actually finished reading it. I understood it. After reading it, I went to read the recipe.
I think it's very good and worth reading carefully, but it's a bit confusing.
Very good, I like to hear the feeling of knowing one's own knowledge
Fortunately, I need more knowledge.
Good book, worth collecting
The book is not bad and teaches readers how to maintain good health.
