Finally, from the perspective of the creation time span, "Dongxuan Gold and Jade Collection" records Ma Yu's experience from following his ancestor Wang Hao to staying in Guanzhong to practice preaching and then being forced to return eastward to Shandong. The lower limit of the year is the year of Ma Yu's death.
