After transmigrating into the role of a bride brought in to bring good fortune, Yun Xier knocks her foolish husband awake with a rock. Looking at the frail man in their bare-walled home, she decides to help him build a prosperous life and deal with their awful relatives to make up for what she did. She thinks she'll be free to leave once they fulfill their agreement. But as her bargain of a husband gradually recovers, he starts making advances. In the end, Yun Xier points at her slightly rounded belly and yells, “How am I supposed to flirt with handsome men and marry a rich, gorgeous guy when things have gone this far?” Her husband just grins. “I can satisfy all your needs.”
Personally, I think the story is quite heartwarming, compact, and non-trivial. I usually prefer reading short stories, but it's rare to finish reading a medium-length novel like this😛
Well, what can I say, it's not bad. The heroine is unbearably pretentious at first. It's a pity that the male protagonist didn't become the emperor, and it's a bit uncomfortable that the female protagonist suffered during pregnancy. The ending is both heartwarming and sad.
It's good-looking, and the plot is quite heartwarming. If dad Shen Tu survives, the ending will be more satisfying. In addition, of the four great guards mentioned in it, two of them appeared. What happened to the other two in the end? Did I miss it?
Not bad, the ending is quite satisfactory
I quite like this article, no irritating mother-in-law. Only my beloved father-in-law. Seeing this, I hope the two can be together!
I like to read short articles, the writing is quite beautiful.
