City of Glimmering Light

I really like this book for three reasons. I personally like articles written in the style of the Republic of China, and the author's writing skills are also very good, which greatly matches the flavor of the Republic of China in my perception. This is one of them. The contrast between the characters of the male and female protagonists in the early and late stages is very clear, especially the heroine Feng Shizhen's contrast from the calm and scheming image in the early stage to the image of being willing to indulge in love in the later stage. However, the transition is very clever and does not cause confusion. (In addition, I have to say that I really love the character of the heroine, who is neither humble nor arrogant and can be at ease.) This is the second one. The male protagonist Rong Jiashang has been hurt by love, and he also learns that he has been deceived by Feng, but he is still willing to love her sincerely, and in exchange for Feng's sincerity. In troubled times, the status gap is too big, but love cannot be separated. I can only say that no one can help but be moved by such pure love. This is the third one. Finally, I have to sigh with emotion. It was indeed after watching the TV series that I read the novel. The director is really great for discovering such a great novel, and the author's writing skills are truly outstanding. Hope everyone will like this book. What you gain from it must be more than just the touch that pure love brings to everyone.

I came from the TV series and found that the TV series highly restored the novel, and some of the missing parts in the TV series can be answered in the novel, which is very good.

"City of Flowing Light" is a really good novel. I have been restless for the past few days and finally finished reading it. [Ya] It's really good to be discovered and filmed by this director [ya] Jing Tian's appearance is absolutely stunning.

The most commendable thing is that the heroine did not bring the blood and hatred of the family to the hero. She knew him well and he understood her. They trusted each other and depended on each other. It felt so good to be the person they had identified with for a lifetime. This kind of love was not dramatic or heartbreaking. They both clearly knew what they wanted.

The plot is not ridiculous, the heroine is not delicate or pretentious, the main plot is clear and clear, and the male and female protagonists are working hard to be together, but the rating is not high, but the highly rated articles on the homepage are boring and boring.

I seemed to be stuck in the city of light and couldn't get out. I watched the TV series over and over again and read the novel several times. I love Rong Jiashang and Feng Shizhen so much. I love such heroines who are independent, smart, strategic, and just right kind, but not the Virgin. The writing is smooth and beautiful, and the plot is fascinating. It was really enjoyable to watch it in one sitting, as if I had personally followed Feng Shizhen and Rong Jiashang through everything in that turbulent, difficult, and luxurious era. The novel is over... But I am still immersed in the dream and watching them unwilling to wake up. Mibao is really yyds! ! ! !

I read the novel because of the TV series. It's really good. It's really fun to bring in Tiantian and Xu Weizhou.

I only watched City of Streamers in order to watch Da Tiantian after Si Teng, but I fell into a trap in a second🤣 Now let's look for the parts in the book that haven't been shown in the TV series, and make up the plot of the male and female protagonists first! However, this book is highly recommended. The plot is not sloppy, it is interesting and you can read the hidden parts of the play. It is very enjoyable!

"City of Flowing Light" is amazing Wow wow wow, it's really beautiful. I really didn't expect that a TV series would be made. High degree of restoration The acting skills of Jing Tian and Xu Weizhou are also amazing!

The male and female protagonists are in troubled times, but they do not follow the crowd, but are always ready for self-salvation and confrontation with the world. Although the novel has a bloody setting, it is not cliché. The hostess has a sober and upright outlook on life. She will avenge her but not indiscriminately, she is straightforward and kind, but she is not stupid. The male protagonist is righteous and responsible for his family, and his character design is very touching. All in all, City of Streamers is worth appreciating.
