A History of China's War of Resistance Against Japan (Four-Volume Set)

This is an excellent work. Relatively speaking, I feel it is more detailed and comprehensive than Wang Shuzeng's "The War of Resistance Against Japan". The Anti-Japanese War was a battle for the Chinese nation to rise up. Our forefathers are so amazing!

Don't forget the national humiliation, remember the mission, and pay tribute to the heroes who fought for eight years of resistance!

Why not perfect score?! Only 8.8 Points.

Another piece of knowledge: After the Japanese army occupied Wuhan, they were forced to stop their strategic offensive on the frontal battlefield and focused on the conservative occupied areas. As a result, China's War of Resistance Against Japan entered the stage of strategic stalemate from the stage of strategic defense. In the face of major changes in the war situation, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held an expanded Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee in Yan'an from September 16 to November 6, 1938. At the meeting, Mao Zedong made a political report "On the New Stage", summarizing the experience and lessons learned in the 15 months of the War of Resistance, analyzing the domestic and international situations, and proposing the general tasks of the new stage of the National War of Resistance and the principles and policies that must be implemented to achieve the general tasks.

The war plan and personnel deployment are described in detail, and the battle process is simplified... It would be more exciting if a certain place or a certain battle could be highlighted and the use of military tactics could be explained again... Thank you for your hard work, teachers...

It is a set of books that is very necessary to read, and this book is also very well written! First, the information in this book is detailed and authoritative. This book is the result of the author's National Social Science Key Fund project and was co-written by many scholars. Its authoritativeness is self-evident. Second, this book is rich in content. From 1931 to 1945, the book thoroughly explains the history of China's Anti-Japanese War. Third, this book has rich perspectives and a wide range of data sources. It takes the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation as the starting point to dialectically analyze the contributions and mistakes of all parties during the Anti-Japanese War. It affirms those who have made contributions and avoids the phenomenon of generalizing and completely negating certain groups.

The writing is clear and objective, and the rating seems to be too low, at least 90 or above. I hope more such true and rigorous historical records will be produced.

History needs to be remembered

All things that happened in the past, whether right or wrong, have become history and cannot be changed or altered. All people who lived in the past, whether virtuous or foolish, have become deceased. There is no need to erase it and it cannot be erased. History is just a record of the past, and it will exist no matter whether future generations like it or not. Just like the fossils from the Cretaceous period, they are still as fresh as life after hundreds of thousands of years of time changes. I would like to dedicate this book to those who have fought to prevent the Chinese nation from being enslaved, regardless of belief.
